On September 28, 2003; a congregational meeting was
held at the request of the Rev. Charles F. Edgar to make a change
and retire him from his full time pastoral duties after 27 years and be
the Pastor Emeritus of Prosperity and that the Rev. C. Dana Crowell be
appointed to Pastor of Prosperity ARP Church in Taft. The Congregation voted
to accept his request.
